Jobs Description:
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of company documents and employee files.
- Update and manage company databases.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers.
Accounting Duties
- Enter financial data into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, receipts, and payment details.
- Process invoices and payments to vendors.
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial records such as ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and online transfers.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process timesheets and assist with payroll calculations.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist with tax filings, GST reports, or CPF contributions (if required).
- Provide support during company events or projects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Jobs Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: A diploma or certificate in administration, accounting, or business management is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in similar roles or familiarity with accounting practices is advantageous.
