Job Description:
- Liaise with customers for overdue invoices and issue reminders as needed.
- Work closely with the finance department to reconcile payments and update records.
- Assist with processing long-term rental agreements, renewals, and documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, signed, and properly filed (physical or digital).
- Communicate with customers to confirm bookings, extensions, and vehicle exchanges.
- Respond to general customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Support the team in generating reports related to bookings, payments, and utilization.
- Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in adminstrative or relevant roles, preferably in automotive or rental services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with internal CRM systems.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
