Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and distribute them appropriately.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth operation of administrative functions.
- Finance & Reporting Support
Assist in preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
Work with the accounts department to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
Maintain proper filing of financial records and administrative reports.
- Customer & Operations Support
Provide administrative support to workshop, sales, and management teams.
Handle walk-in and phone enquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordination of company events.
- Compliance & Company Interest
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Safeguard confidential information and act in the best interest of the Company at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive, retail, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with ERP/CRM systems.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
