Job Summary:
As an Administrative Executive, you play an instrumental role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation for the Commission Management Department.
Working in a dynamic and vibrant environment, you will provide administrative support in areas like data entries and processing, attending to queries and generation of reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit submitted documents to ensure accuracy and
compliance
- Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure timely submission
- Prepare and process documents for billing purposes
- Monitor and facilitate collections, including processing collections and
disbursements of fees
- Attend to client and salesperson inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Generate reports for awards, authorities, and internal use
- Resolve issues raised by management and sales teams promptly
- Manage bulk transactions during peak periods to ensure smooth
operations
Requirements:
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and procedures
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative
Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in
a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills
- Independent worker capable of managing assigned tasks
