Job Description
- Position Title: Administration Manager
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 7 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Staff Discounts
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily e-commerce orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand efficiently.
- Arrange for bulk shipments from abroad.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping and accurately prepare invoices for accounting.
- Process bank payments.
- Manage monthly salary payments and CPF contributions.
- Effectively order and oversee company supplies to ensure availability.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
