Our esteemed client is searching for a Admin & Operations Support Officer (Machinery Rental Industry):
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, requests, and invoices, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal databases and Excel trackers.
- Support department heads in administrative tasks, project coordination, and document handling.
- Liaise with internal departments to compile necessary information for reporting and record-keeping.
- Prepare and send insurance documents, contracts, and technical drawings to clients.
- Arrange logistics for machinery deliveries and collections through external transport providers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally and provide prompt updates on order status.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and answering calls.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work OT on alternate Saturday
Additional Information:
- Salary: Basic Up to SGD 2,600 + OT + Housing Allowance + VB
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent (Pick Up Provided at Gul Circle)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Alternate Full Saturday with OT Provided
