### About the Role
We are a fast-growing company offering cloud hosting, domain, and corporate website services. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Administrative Clerk (IT Industry) ** to join our Singapore team. This role will mainly focus on HR and administrative support, with some customer coordination responsibilities via phone and WhatsApp.
*This position is open to Singapore-based candidates who are familiar with local administrative processes.*
Responsibilities:
Carry out general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. Address inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate day-to-day office operations such as document processing, procurement of office supplies, filing, and logistics arrangements.
Maintain and update HR-related records, including staff leave applications and personnel files.
Assist with the renewal and tracking of company licences, permits, and compliance certifications.
Support management with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or external stakeholders.
Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles within the IT or technology sector is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
