Qualifications & experience
- Min Qualification Diploma/NITEC
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Has a strong numerical aptitude and can comfortably handle tasks involving numbers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare purchase order, delivery order, sales order, tax invoices and other documents
- Handle internal & external co-ordination of purchase order
- Assist in purchasing and liaise with suppliers & customers for delivery schedule
- Responsible for receiving and dispatching of stocks
- Handling of simple accounts
- Other ad-hoc duties
