Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administration Manager to oversee and streamline our company’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, managing administrative staff, supporting departmental coordination, and maintaining smooth internal processes. This role plays a vital part in creating a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities across departments
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment procurement and maintenance
- Oversee record-keeping, document control, and data management systems
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and administrative systems
- Handle internal and external communications, correspondence, and scheduling
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Coordinate with operations teams to support organizational goals
- Manage administrative staff, including performance reviews, training, and task delegation
- Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in administrative or office management roles
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools
- Knowledge of office procedures, systems, and best practices
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is an advantage
