- Provide quotation to the customers .
- Follow up with existing customers base for policy renewal
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
- Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved and addressed in a timely manner to ensure
- Desk Bound Job, no selling of any products..
Requirements:
- Fresh School leavers can also apply. No prior experience is required.
- Possess General Insurance Certificates (BCP, PGI and CommGI) is an advantage.
- Meticulous with a flair for details, multi-task and highly committed.
- Team player with self–discipline and willing-to-learn qualities.
- Min.N Levels.
