Our client is an MNC company in the logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Air Freight Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the east.
Position: Air Freight, Export Operations
Location: Changi
Working Hours: 4/3 Rotating Shift
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,800
Morning Shift: S$8 per shift
Night Shift: S$16 per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipment requests for both imports and exports, received through ATOL or email.
- Oversee the export process once cargo readiness is confirmed.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
- Communicate with customers and overseas offices via phone and email to facilitate shipment arrangements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Prior experience or knowledge in air freight operations
- Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to contribute to process improvements.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Flexible to attend to operational matters beyond standard working hours when necessary.
