We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Creative Leadership & Event Experience (50%):
1. Translate business objectives into high-impact creative concepts across all marketing channels, including digital, social, offline events, and experiential activations.
2. Act as the brand custodian, ensuring TikTok for Business’s visual identity and tone are consistently applied across campaigns, on-site event branding, stage design, and attendee experiences.
3. Lead agency collaboration: develop campaign concepts, write clear and actionable briefs, provide structured feedback, and manage timelines to ensure on-brand, high-quality output.
4. Be hands-on for core creative needs: design smaller-scale assets (e.g., social visuals, event collaterals, presentations) and support content production directly when needed, setting creative benchmarks for agencies and vendors.
5. Oversee video production for campaigns and events — from storyboarding and scripting to on-site displays, highlight reels, and post-activation storytelling.
Integrated Marketing Communications (50%):
1. Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to influence and engage key stakeholders across brands, agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
2. Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, spanning events, scaled education, partner enablement, content marketing, email, social media, PR, and client engagement.
3. Independently own and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams across Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver marketing solutions aligned with business priorities.
