Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is looking for a high-impact, commercially minded individual to join our Learning and Skills team as Regional Sales Training Lead. This individual contributor role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, sales and sales management training. You won’t directly manage a team, yet this matrix senior role will shape the performance of many.

This is a strategic sales training and leadership role, not just a trainer. You will directly influence revenue growth, client engagement, and go-to-market execution by embedding high-performing sales and management capabilities across your region. You will work hand-in-hand with Client Coverage, Product, Marketing, and Research teams to align training with the commercial engine of MSCI.

If you’ve been on the front lines of sales, and pivoted in to sales training and looking for an opportunity, to drive large-scale impact through sales and communication excellence, this role could be for you.
