Description
The successful candidate will join the Aero Inspection and upon successful completion of required training and assessment, will become Regional Sales Manager (APAC). He/she will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the offerings of the company and the ability to best show how these can be beneficial to our customers.
Most of the work will be face to face visits at customer locations, these are primarily located in Singapore and across Asia Pacific. In addition, there is a requirement to represent the company at various trade shows. The role requires frequent travel.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ Years’ experience in a sales role.
- A Bachelor degree, or equivalent.
- Understanding of aviation engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop sales with leasing companies and airlines.
- Draft proposals for engineering services, and aircraft redelivery management services.
- Deliver presentations during meetings.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Market Research
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Represent the qualities and values of Aero Inspection.
- Understand all aspects of the company offerings.

- Good presentation skills.
- Represent the company in a professional and competent manner.
- Must be numerate, diligent, and thorough.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and under own initiative.
- Have strong organisational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Flexible for travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial.
- Experience with marketing tools and branding strategies is a plus.
