- Design, develop, and deliver curriculum, courseware, and e-learning modules for both full-time and part-time courses targeted at students and adult learners.
- Oversee projects and supervise students during their work-based learning or internships.
- Guide student projects and internships in collaboration with industry partners.
- Participate in academic administrative duties, serve on committees, and support outreach initiatives and study trips.
- Counsel, coach, and mentor students to support their academic progress, competition participation, career planning, and personal development.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enrich student learning through local and overseas study trips, as well as alumni engagement programmes.
[What we are looking for]
- Qualifications in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in the Built Environment sector.
- Experience with sustainable and digital building technologies and tools commonly used in Architecture, M&E, Civil & Structural, or Environmental Sustainability Design consultancy practices.
- Strong knowledge in building performance simulations to assess environmental impacts and inform design decisions. Candidates should be able to identify key sustainability challenges and propose data-driven design strategies that enhance energy efficiency and occupant well-being. Professional certifications such as GMAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, or GRI Certified Sustainability Professional will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in applying Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to support integrated project delivery. Certifications or proven expertise in platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Cloud Collaboration, or other industry-recognised BIM environments will be highly valued. Familiarity with openBIM standards and workflows (e.g., IFC, BCF) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities as required.
- Passion and commitment to sharing knowledge, mentoring, guiding, and engaging meaningfully with young learners.
