Job Description :-
- Assist Director to undertake Feasibility Study, Concept/Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing of projects
- Project and Contract Administration of projects
- General coordination and presentation of all matters relating to the architectural design and development process of projects undertaken by the office
Job Requirements :-
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant/local experience is compulsory
- Competent Designer with creative design thinking, excellent design detailing skills and BIM competency
- Good Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, V-Ray Render, BIM (ArchiCAD), and 3D modelling
- Familiar with Singapore’s Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment
- Possess relevant Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in local university or university accredited with Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
- A proactive and cheerful team player who can also work independently
