- As a member of the regional HR team, work with the HR teams of 9 Asian corporations and oversee the overall regional HR operations (recruitment, payroll, human resources management, promotion, evaluation, etc.)
- Communication between headquarters and Asia region regarding personnel management, HR system improvement, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRM
- Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean.
- Experience working with overseas subsidiaries or global project teams is a plus
- Strong understanding of HRM performance analysis and operations
- Analytical mindset with data-driven business communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
