Responsibilities
- Carry out production work following documented instructions while meeting expected quality standards.
- Assist in fine-tuning work processes to reduce waste, boost accuracy, or improve workflow.
- Collaborate with teams to plan activity timelines and make sure material and staff availability meet demand.
- Contribute to maintaining housekeeping standards and promote a safe production space.
- Monitor quality through inspections and ensure necessary actions are taken to address any issues.
- Join training efforts to build technical know-how and better support production needs.
- Handle tasks assigned by supervisors or shift leads without delays.
- Support output targets by maintaining steady production speed and minimal rework.
- Help track key quality and delivery measures while supporting consistent results.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production planning, particularly within electronics, sensor fabrication, or precision-focused industries.
- Proficient in PCBA soldering and working with delicate, small components. Familiarity with cleanroom operations or ISO-compliant manufacturing processes is a plus.
