Responsibilities
- Support cross-team efforts to plan schedules and allocate staff, tools, and materials to meet production needs.
- Carry out daily assembly work independently, following instructions and maintaining output consistency.
- Participate in skills development sessions to stay updated on procedures and expectations.
- Contribute to daily targets and help meet output goals efficiently.
- Follow proper waste disposal guidelines while keeping the work area clean and hazard-free.
- Help improve processes by identifying areas that may benefit from small changes or fixes.
- Check product quality and maintain compliance with set inspection practices during production.
- Follow through with any extra assignments from team leads as needed.
- Track quality performance, spot patterns, and apply corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production, assembly, or planning, with a focus on electronics, sensor assembly, or precision-based manufacturing.
- Proficiency in PCBA soldering and handling small components.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom or ISO-controlled production environment is beneficial
