- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online research, and social media.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and contracts, ensuring profitability.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and customize catering packages to meet their needs and budget.
- Provide expert advice on menu planning, event setup, and service options.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain and update the client database to track sales activities and opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of catering services.
- Attend site inspections, tender briefings, and pre-event meetings as required.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Address any issues or complaints promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / or Trade Certificate in Relevant Discipline
- Strong, Good & Strategic Supervisor for Sales Team
- Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
- Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
- Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
- Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
- Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
- At least 3 years’ Experience in Sales Related or Catering will be an advantage
- Ability to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking only customers, China-born team members
- Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, etc
