KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Able to monitor the progress and ensure quality of work being performed by workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordination and supervision of the structural technical aspects and architectural technical aspects of building works.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on-site.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and prepare method statements.
- Track construction schedules and assist in resolving site issues promptly.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure work adheres to project requirements.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, work progress, and site records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Complete task as assigned by Director or Project Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should possess at least 10 years in construction management experience. Experience in landed houses' construction is preferred.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in construction related field. Other relevant education, training and swork experience may substitute for Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving .
