Job Scope:
- Provide on-site technical support to the Facilities Engineer in managing daily building services and M&E operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders—including contractors, consultants, and project teams—to ensure smooth coordination and timely progress of works.
- Conduct routine site walk-throughs and assist in tracking work progress against project milestones, highlighting any discrepancies or risks.
- Perform hands-on inspection of M&E installations to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Support the review and compilation of technical documentation such as layout plans, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in meetings and help prepare reports and documentation for project tracking and progress updates.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting, minor rectifications, and coordinating corrective actions with subcontractors.
- Ensure workplace safety practices are followed at all times and assist with safety documentation when required.
- Coordinate site logistics and basic material management for uninterrupted project execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support for site-based activities and assist in ensuring adherence to overall project timelines.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ equivalent engineering studies
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction project coordination preferred.
