We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly review and reconcile accounts to ensure all payables and receivables are up to date.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements by following a structured month end closing process.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Assist in internal and external auditing process. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relevant fields: Finance, Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (preferred).
- Experience of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Comfortable with working in a fun-dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
