Job Responsibilities:
- You need to assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front office operations.
- Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
- Able to help with staff scheduling, task delegation, and team supervision.
- You need to monitor front office staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- You need to ensure smooth coordination between front office and other departments.
- You need to assist in the training and evaluation of new and existing staff.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure efficient shift handovers.
- Able to support the implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- YUou must have a minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
