Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support to HR Manager and HR Executive
- Provide support in HR duties including recruitment and selection, preparation of contract, orientation, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and manpower planning
- Workday administration – assisting with staff queries on Workday, maintenance of Annual Leave, No pay leave records etc
- Update and maintaining of employee records on Workday HRIS
- Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing of HR processes and procedures
- Any other HR functions as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any disciplines and/or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration \in a fast-paced environment, preferably in MNCs
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels
- Tactful, has good EQ (emotional quotient) and AQ (adversity quotient)
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to organise and work independently
- Attentive to details and reliable

- Has sound foundation in HR processes and practices, preferably in Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employment Legislation, and Industrial Relations

Working Hours
- 5 days work week
- Mon - Thur: 8am - 5.15pm
- Fri: 8am - 4.30pm

- Tuas (company bus transport provided)
