- Provide maintenance and support services for day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Platforms including Cloud.
- Provide support in migrating, upgrading, configuring, and administering the Enterprise Platforms
- Unix/windows administration
- Track, troubleshoot and resolve any reported technical issues.
- Provide on-site support for all downtime for client-end, server-end and the following day standby support if required.
- Monitor, and apply patches of applications and related platform components in all environments.
- Support and ensure that the Enterprise Platforms are operational after patching.
- Monitor alerts, investigate and resolve the problem within SLA.
- Conduct system checks after facilities or preventive maintenance related activities.
