The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024 to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invest in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote awareness of GFTN Learning Institute programmes and milestone events.
- Create and manage content across social media, newsletters and community platforms.
- Coordinate digital and in-person events
- Work with the Partnerships Manager / Associate to onboard and activate clients and partners as mentors, evaluators, and subject matter experts.
- Manage ongoing relationships with community members and facilitate year-round community engagement. Track engagement data and support storytelling efforts with success metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, community management, or startup ecosystem roles.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Experience in talent development, startup recruitment or founder support programmes. Familiarity with social media, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
