- This role acts as a 12-months Contract
- Execute on investment strategies and portfolio management activities, including acquisitions and dispositions.
- Ensure adherence to investment policies, overall fund strategy and investment performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to project cash flows, returns, and portfolio performance.
- Prepare and review comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for investors and management.
- Conduct data analysis and market research as necessary for investment opportunities and decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
- Manage investor communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in fund management, private equity or real estate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
- Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and performance metrics.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software/tools.
