Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.
- Assist in promoting the organisation's employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting its culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Receives detailed instructions in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Update and maintain candidate data in the CRM platform.
- Assist in creating job postings and posting them on various job boards and career websites.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and time-to-fill, to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :
- Basic understanding of the basic end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Basic knowledge of relevant labour laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruitment software used to manage candidate data and workflows.
- Ability to assist in candidate sourcing activities, including searching for potential candidates on job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Skill in reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Effective communication skills to interact with candidates and craft job adverts ensuring good quality adverts are posted to external sites.
- Being meticulous in managing candidate data and maintaining accurate records in the CRM
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage candidate pipelines, and adhere to timelines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Being open to learning and adjusting to the dynamic nature of talent acquisition.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support senior talent acquisition partners in their efforts.
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Relevant degree, e.g. Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Relevant certifications
Required Experience:
- Basic experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles.
- Basic experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Basic experience in providing support to talent acquisition teams, assisting with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process and involvement in various recruitment activities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools used in talent acquisition.
