Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house talent acquisition function.
- Work closely with senior leadership team to enhance talent pipeline building capabilities.
- Serve as trusted advisor across business functions.
- Drive the overall recruitment strategy, lead and develop a high-performing internal talent acquisition team, and enhance the talent attraction/employer branding impact in the talent market.
- Optimize recruitment systems and workflows to ensure compliance, scalability, and efficiency. Manage and evaluate external agency partners to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.
Key requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resource is required.
- Degree qualified in relevant field/s.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Skilled at listening, influencing for results and stakeholder management.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agency partnerships.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment technologies/sourcing tools. Strong understanding of local/regional labour market, hiring practices, trends, employment laws and regulations.
