Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Treatment: Consult with clients to understand their skin and beauty needs.
- Provide personalized advice and recommend suitable beauty and spa treatments.
- Perform various beauty services in the Menu and services.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and bookings.
- Build strong rapport with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle client comfort during treatments and manage expectations.
- Spa Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and tidiness of the spa, treatment rooms, and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene standards by sterilizing equipment and disposing of consumables properly.
- Manage stock and supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
