What You'll Be Doing:
- Chart the roadmap for new store openings, relocations, and refreshes — and make it happen.
- Discover exciting new spaces and turn them into thriving beauty destinations.
- Negotiate leases like a pro, managing renewals and relationships with landlords and agents.
- Partner with designers and internal teams to bring tender proposals and store visions to life.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of real estate trends and identify the next hot spot before it’s hot.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate — across departments and with external partners.
- Prepare smart reports and insights for senior leadership to support bold growth decisions.
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground — attending industry events, networking, and staying ahead.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in leasing, business development, or tenancy management.
- A creative mind with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Confident in contracts, comfortable with commercial terms.
- Self-starter who thrives on independence but works great with teams.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness space — you know the trends and live the lifestyle.
- Experience with tender processes? That’s a big bonus.
