Key Responsibilities
- Perform facial and body treatments according to company protocol
- Provide tailored consultation and recommend suitable services/products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and salon space
- Manage client bookings, walk-in enquiries, and administrative follow-up
- Replenish stock and perform routine outlet upkeep
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in beauty or massage therapy
- ITEC, WSQ, CIDESCO, or equivalent certification preferred
(Candidates with relevant experience but without certification may also be considered) - Genuine interest in massage and facial care
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality with good communication skills
- Basic spoken English or Mandarin
- Able to work weekends
