Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and BIM modellers to develop project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Establish and manage BIM workflows across all phases of the project.
- Set up BIM projects and oversee ongoing project administration.
- Manage site coordination activities.
- Coordinate and review 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues, ensure accurate drawing production, and facilitate effective data sharing among all parties.
- Ensure full implementation of quality management systems, including documentation, result analysis, and continuous improvement planning.
- Supervise site works to comply with quality and EHS standards.
- Oversee inspection processes and final handover with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and high CONQUAS/QM scores.
- Support 4D model development for quantity take-off in coordination with stakeholders.
- Liaise with the project document controller to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Guide and mentor junior staff. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Project Manager to support project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or relevant BIM certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM-related roles.
- Proficient in BIM software, including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with the Bentley platform is an advantage.
- Experience in LTA or factory projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Experience managing BIM processes across large construction projects, from tender to completion, is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
