(1) Responsible for creating mechanical and electrical professional BIM models, creating three-dimensional models based on the two-dimensional drawings of the design institute, and adding specified BIM component information;
(2) Responsible for BIM sustainable design in line with project needs (indoor and outdoor rendering, virtual tour, architectural animation, 3D construction simulation, electromechanical pipeline synthesis, project quantity statistics)
(3) Responsible for establishing the component model of the project BIM mechanical and electrical family library, and improving the update and maintenance of the component library;
(4) Responsible for in-depth checking of design drawings and submitting collision reports and electromechanical comprehensive optimization reports;
(5) Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders;
