Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Project Manager and working closely with different stakeholders.
- Overseeing the high standard of the BIM coordination, shop drawings, BIM modelling and all service's coordination interfacing.
- Leading team and provide guidance to the team members
- Overseeing the BIM budgets
- Keep up to date with the changes of the industry requirement
Requirements
- Minimum a diploma in relevant studies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM design and good leadership
- Proficient in BIM modelling, shop drawing, 2D, 3D etc.
