- To provide technical support on site for the ACMV and/or BMS Operation and Monitoring. This position will also help the Smart Building Specialist to operate and monitor the Power/Water Consumption.
- Operate and Monitor the existing (Metasys) and new (Niagara) Building Management System
- Plan and organize the preventive maintenance works (together with Smart Building Specialist) for ACMV/BMS using FMX and/or other CMMS platform
- Respond to alarms, alert and emergencies and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of SAS staff and students
- Collaborate with the whole M&E Team in identifying and implementing energy-savings measurement with the help of the Building Management System
