Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting QA processes. Experience working on government projects and within the healthcare domain is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed business documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, test plans, and ensure product quality.
- Support UAT and participate in defect triage and resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including government and healthcare clients.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Good to Have:
- Experience working on government IT projects.
- Domain knowledge of the healthcare industry (e.g., claims, EMR/EHR, healthcare compliance).
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
