- Enhance Jira Assistant knowledge base by gathering existing SOPs and past user stories from various projects / locations / departments
- Work with technology team for knowledge base and JIRA assistant (JA) enhancements
- Baseline regression test cases across various products and locations
- Measure quality of test cases generated by JA
- Track training and usage of JA in various locations
