We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and people-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join the Master of Arts in Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices (MSCP) at Nanyang Technological University — one of Southeast Asia’s most respected and dynamic programmes in its field. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for students, faculty, and institutional partners, working at the heart of a programme that shapes the next generation of museum professionals and curators in Singapore and beyond.
Key Responsibilites:
- Work closely with Programme Directors and lecturers on course scheduling, faculty onboarding, and graduation requirements
- Coordinate student recruitment, outreach, and publicity, including field trips and industry engagements
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process for a competitive pool of applicants
- Administer internships, dissertations, examinations, and academic records
- Oversee budget submissions, payments, and financial tracking
- Liaise with internal university departments and global cultural partners
- Ensure excellent communication and support for our diverse and international student body
Requirements:
- A degree in administration, humanities, related discipline
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in higher education, admissions, or administration
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with students, academics, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (and ideally familiarity with university systems like Workday)
- A team player who thrives both independently and in collaborative settings
