Our client is one of Singapore’s leading main contractors with over 40 years of proven expertise in building construction, they are seeking motivated, independent, and team-oriented individuals to be part of their dynamic workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Source, track, and convert potential business leads through market research and active engagement with clients and consultants.
- Support tender submissions by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, organizing assessments, and delivering presentations.
- Perform regular research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and report insights to management.
- Oversee daily business department duties, ensure timely completion of tasks, and guide business executives. Collaborate with GM to plan and execute business events and marketing efforts aligned with annual goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the built environment, with at least 4 years gained in a consultancy firm preferred.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveying (QS) consultant is highly desirable.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience in mentoring individuals and leading teams effectively. Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful task execution.
Salary: Up to $6,000.
Working location: Central.
