Oscilloquartz, an Adtran company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in South East Asia to drive growth of our Time & Synchronization / PNT solutions in telecom, defense, government, aerospace, and enterprise markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead business growth across Southeast Asia, securing large-scale and innovative projects.
- Build and manage a strong network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
- Launch new products, deliver customer trials, and develop strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with APAC and HQ teams to execute regional growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in international sales/business development in target sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and managing partners.
- Expertise in Time & Sync / PNT solutions is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; Any Asean language proficiency a bonus.
- Willingness to travel in the region.
