- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Processing document, forms, applications, and requests
- Arrange transportation

Requirements:
- Able to read and write Mandarin (可以读写中文）
- Able to work during weekend (day shift)
- Able to communicate with Indonesian, Chinese and English speaking customer
- Able to work independently and remotely when required
- Excellent Communication Skills in english
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Trustworthy and responsible person
- Bachelors Degree of any field
