With more than 30 years of history, the group started with automotive workshop services (including accident repairs and insurance claims) and in recent years added trading of used & new (parallel imported) vehicles as well as rental & leasing services. With emphasis on a high level of hospitality, transparency and customer service excellence, the business strives to provide the highest level of customer service, always going the extra mile for its customers thereby earning a high level of trust as a reliable parallel importer.

Recently public listed, the group continues to grow and is currently seeking the right talent to take on the role of Business Development Manager to kickstart its new Business-to-Business (B2B) arm. With a strong track record in retail sales, the new B2B channel strives to serve corporate clients with tailored mobility solutions, including bulk vehicle purchases and leasing services.


Designation: Business Development Manager (B2B)

Reporting To: CEO

Office Location: Singapore, Central


Overview :

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager (B2B) role will be a high-energy individual who will be responsible for leading and growing the corporate sales and leasing portfolio. The ideal candidate is for someone who is entrepreneurial, thrives on building partnerships, navigating procurement processes, and offering consultative solutions to businesses across industries.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with SMEs, corporates, fleet operators and potentially logistics firms in the future
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, HR, and operations managers
  • Promote and present suitable vehicle models and leasing packages for each client’s needs
  • Partner operations and finance teams to structure competitive proposals and leasing terms
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate leads and increase brand presence
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to close high-value deals
  • Maintain a pipeline and regularly report on KPIs, forecasted revenue, and client feedback
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to parallel imports and fleet leasing

Requirements :

  • Diploma in marketing, business administration, commerce or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, leasing, or related fields
  • Strong business acumen with ability to identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Experience in building and managing a high performing sales team
  • Strong key account management skills and experience
  • Knowledge of vehicle types, specifications, and basic leasing principles is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets
  • Strong proficiency in English with Chinese proficiency as a bonus
  • Class 3 driving license preferred
