Job Description
Strategic Partnership Development- Work closely with the Vice President TPN to design and implement comprehensive commercial strategies.
- Drive partner acquisition and growth by targeting key B2B players globally.
- Build long-term, high-value relationships with strategic travel partners via API distribution.
- Lead and prioritize initiatives related to commercial strategy, product-market fit, and operational scalability.
- Define and execute acquisition frameworks, tools, and processes to increase partner impact and team efficiency.
- Proactively map and analyze the global B2B travel landscape to identify and convert high-potential leads.
- Continuously refine partnership processes and leverage automation to support business scale.
- Lead critical, cross-functional projects from planning through to execution that drive measurable growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Ops) to ensure seamless API integration and partner enablement.
- Own go-to-market strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities and address performance gaps across different regions and segments.
- React swiftly to market shifts and competitive dynamics.
- Conduct monthly performance analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support business development, process optimization, and partner expansion initiatives based on analytical insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development in Travel Tech, e-commerce, SaaS, Fintech, Ad-tech or revenue growth roles, ideally with a focus on API-based distribution or connectivity.
- Demonstrated success in securing and scaling B2B partnerships and driving commercial growth.
- Strong knowledge of the travel ecosystem, including OTAs, bedbanks, GDS, channel managers, and API connectivity models.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in data analysis, scenario planning, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages is a plus
- Experience and network within the travel or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
