We're Hiring: Business Development (Tender Specialist) – Corporate Gift
Start Date : Mid-July 2025
Salary range : SGD $3,000 – $12,000/month (Basic + Commission + Incentive)
️ Experience with Platforms : Ariba, GeBIZ, Vendor@Gov, and others
About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in driving our growth through successful tender bids with government bodies, public sectors, and large corporations. This role offers a competitive basic salary, with additional commission and incentives based on performance
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively source and respond to tenders and RFQs via Ariba, GeBIZ, VendorGov, and other procurement platforms
- Manage the entire tender process – from document preparation, pricing, and compliance to timely submissions
- Work closely with the design, sales, and procurement teams to craft competitive proposals and product visuals
- Coordinate sample deliveries and assist with client presentations when needed
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on awarded contracts or new business opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in corporate gifting, events, or marketing industries
- Strong working knowledge of Ariba , VendorGov , GeBIZ and etc platform
- Basic Photoshop/Illustrator skills for preparing visuals and proposals
- Proficient in Excel for costing and documentation
- Excellent time management and a high level of accuracy
- Positive, proactive, and accountable work attitude.
