Responsibilities
- Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
- Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
- Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units. Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least a degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications
- A least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments. Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
