Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and result-oriented Technical Development Lead/Senior Developer to join a dynamic, globally distributed development organization. This role requires 100% hands-on coding and development and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.
You will lead technical delivery for enterprise web APIs, microservices, and data modelling projects, providing full accountability for architecture deliverables from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions including architecture, design, development, and BAU support.
✅Develop high-quality software using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Camel, JBoss, MQ, JMS, and Web Services .
✅Prepare and review technical design documents and guide development teams during implementation.
✅Drive Agile squad team delivery, ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals.
✅Interface with senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
✅Work with DevOps to set up automated build and deployment pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Veracode, etc.).
✅Provide expert guidance on system changes, SIT, UAT, and production implementations.
