Job Summary
Resorts World Sentosa seeks a data-driven and strategic SEO Assistant Manager/Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in driving organic traffic growth across international markets and optimizing for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute keyword strategies tailored for a global e-commerce travel website
- Optimize for AI-driven search experiences (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Monitor and adapt to SERP changes for attraction tickets and hotel bookings
- Onsite Technical SEO
- Conduct technical audits and implement SEO optimizations on CMS
- Optimize metadata (titles, URLs, descriptions, H1s), content hierarchy, internal linking, and keyword density
- Implement schema markup, hreflang tags, and structured data for international SEO
- Improve website loading speed by reducing the size of images and videos without compromising on content quality and readability
- Onsite Content Optimization
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for both users and search engines
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly blog content
- Skilled in persuasive copywriting to enhance UX and conversion rates
- Offsite SEO & Link Building
- Lead international link-building campaigns and content marketing initiatives
- Leverage social media and community platforms (eg. Tripadvisor, Reddit, Quora) to support SEO goals
- Optimize ranking and presence on platforms like Google My Business, Apple Maps, Bing Maps, and other local search tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Influence stakeholders to adopt SEO best practices across departments
- Work closely with product marketing and PR teams to align SEO with broader marketing strategies
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a global e-commerce or travel environment
- Proven SEO success in global/regional markets with measurable organic traffic growth
- Bonus point: Experience in the travel industry with a focus on attractions and hotel SERPs
Job Skills
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and CMS platforms.
- Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and evolving SERP features.
- Bonus point:
- Familiarity with community platforms like TripAdvisor, Reddit, and Quora for SEO
