Primary Responsibilities
- Warm Guest Greeting: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival at the F&B outlet to create a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Handle guest inquiries, manage and confirm reservations, and ensure the reservation system is consistently updated.
- Seating Management: Optimize seating arrangements for efficient table rotation and space utilization.
- Wait Time Management: Provide accurate waiting times and monitor the waiting list.
- Guest Assistance: Address inquiries, offer menu information, and provide recommendations.
- Order Processing: Take orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and present bills.
- Guest Satisfaction: Engage with guests, address concerns, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for a seamless dining experience.
- Atmosphere Maintenance: Help maintain a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a host/concierge, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
